Good info Regina. Thanks for posting that. I totally agree that

turkey breast is a great protein source, and wow that stuff can be

really tasty when it's oven roasted. Yum. A side note, turkey is

very high in L-tryptophan, an amino acid that is a precursor to

serotonin (a neurotransmitter in the brain) which naturally enhances

sleep. Hence the reason why you fall asleep on the couch after

Thanksgiving dinner.

I only bring this up because I have found it a little challenging

sometimes to get a good weight workout in at night if I eat turkey

during the day. LOL
