Guest guest
Okay....here goes: I've been doing alot of researching in regards to how " we " can aid in " standardizing " our BM's- in ANY way (BM's...what a lovely subject..geeze what have I resorted to? LOL). I have a question that maybe someone can answer...maybe it's already been answered....or maybe it will enlist other thoughts. I know many people that take their calcium in the form of Tums. Tums, although a " good " source of calcium (convenient), contains Magnesium Stearate, and Mineral Oil. From what I have read, those two ingredients are added to Tums, because calcium (to some) is constipating. Now, with that in mind...I know that MANY people take magnesium supplements to lessen constipation, also mineral oil. I just don't think that taking ANY kind of " Tums-like " products- for " us " , unless you are experiencing constipation is a " good thing " . Would it not increase loose bm's? I did a little " test " on myself and found a NOTICEABLE difference when I took the Tums. Your thoughts? ~Sandi By the way...it puzzles me why they would list those ingredients under " inactive " - seeing as they actually do have an effect.
