(The list is oxyplus, also a group, in case you want to try to find it.) I don't know if I saved any of the information that people uncovered, but I did throw away the canola oil that was in my fridge. There is quite a lot of " bad " out there about canola. One of the interesting things is that someone on the list also tried to track the " good " info and follow it up to see if it made sense. I think that generally the information pointed to canola as risky and has little to recommend it. Of course, how to decide what is " true " is tricky, so your conclusions may differ. I get to a point where I feel I don't need to " prove " things in order to take action. I am currently using Udo's Choice Oil and Flaxseed oil (uncooked) " for health " and toasted sesame oil " for taste " (I love the flavor).
