Guest guest
That's a great link..thanks! I have a question about chelation. I have many, many fillings, two root canals, 5 crowns and a partial that is made of metal. My homeopath suggested having the fillings removed, but $10,000 was just a little steep for me. As a senior citizen, I'm probably loaded with mercury and other metals by now. Would the chelation used for autistic children work for me? What kind of results could I expect? Guest guest
Janet, Please DO NOT attempt chelation with metal in your mouth. Chelation will pull the toxic metals from your fillings into the rest of your body and make things worse. if you decided to have the fillings (and other dental metals) replaced with non-metals then chelation would make sense. Having more than one kind of metal in the mouth causes exponentially more problems than having just one. Also beware that if it ever becomes necessary to get dentures, the pink part contains mercury and/or cadmium (another toxic metal). In the meantime, don't allow dentists to add any more metal, if any fillings need replacing have them replaced with non-metal ones, and consider figuring out a long-range plan for replacing fillings one at a time or one quadrant at a time over a span of time. If you want more info on dental amalgam mercury syndrome let me know and I'll provide some book titles, etc. S -------------------------------------------------------------- That's a great link..thanks! Guest guest
Hi and Moira... Thank you for your letters. No, I won't have the fillings removed. There are way too many of them now. I guess I'd forgotten the letters about the problems removing fillings and was thinking only of chelation when I wrote. There's so much to learn on this list! My meeting with the dentist was several years ago, before I knew much anything mercury poisoning. My favorite recollection of our family dentist when I was a child was leaving his office with a vial of mercury that I played with on the living room rug for hours. And of course, it broke apart and ended up deep in the carpet. I'm a very healthy and active vegan in spite of all the metals that must be in my body so I'll keep the fillings I have. I do thank you for the suggestion that I have any future fillings made of different material. I have a cleaning scheduled for next week so I'll ask the dentist about it. This list has given me a great deal of information that I can pass along to parents. Thanks Janet l_shepard wrote: > Janet, > Please DO NOT attempt chelation with metal in your mouth. Guest guest
For me it was from (childhood & travel) vaccines and my own dental fillings that I got and from in utero exposure from Mom's fillings (don't know if she had any vaccines while pregnant. Guest guest
For me it was also mercury fillings as well(mine and my mother's) as Rhogam shots, I have had a total of 5. I have broken a mercury themometer once, maybe twice but I didn't know it was dangerous until now. I also had vaccines including an extra MMR, 2 of the Hep B and one Hep A. I know I have been affected by the metals, I even think I might be on the spectrum myself. I am planning on starting chelation this summer. I have one son who was vaccinated until he became autistic. I also have a son who I had the Rhogam with who didn't get vaccinated and seems unharmed, a little OCD but is NT. My third I didn't get the Rhogam with since I knew she would be my last (had tubal). She is unvaccinated and so far completely NT. She is so healthy and full of life. For me there is no doubt what is behind mine and my son's issues. I can't wait though to start chelation and get the test results that will confirm it! I plan on sending them to Bush, Bill Frist, and Offit telling them exactly what I think. Bush says he is a Christian man but real Christians don't trade babies for dollars. My two cents anyway. in Cocoa Shepard <_Shepard@...> wrote: For me it was from (childhood & travel) vaccines and my own dental fillings that I got and from in utero exposure from Mom's fillings (don't know if she had any vaccines while pregnant.
