Guest guest
Melody, From my research you are supposed to drink wheatgrass juice before you go to bed, so that it has all night to work on rebuilding your blood while you sleep and are not taking any of the energy to digest. I drink my sprout juice before I go to bed. , I made a half broccoli, half mustard sprout juice that was GREAT, nice and spicy. But I LOVE horseradish, so I am really weird. THANK YOU for the You Tube Sprout juice video, they were drinking about the same amount that I have been. posted that you can OD on sprout juice, but my doctor told me to drink 4 oz of various sprout juices a day and I am having a huge increase in my energy level. I steer pretty much clear of fruit juice because it makes my teeth hurt. I do put blueberries in my slushies with my avocado and quinoa sprouts and a banana, but that is not really juicing fruit, sometimes i will add a pear, but again, I am getting the fiber, not concentrated juice. The only sprout juice that has gagged me so far was the buckwheat sprout juice I made last night, but I only got an ounce, it was way yuckier than wheatgrass juice. I tend to snak on my sprouts until I get full and then juice what is left, I dehydrate what I cannot eat or drink and put that green powder in my slushies. For my morning coffee, I have beet, carrot, celery, spinach juice with some turmeric and ginger to cleanse my liver and wake me up. I just cannot drink coffee, I think someone said it is acidic, that is probably why, I have trouble with lemon juice too even tho it is supposed to be a GREAT liver tonic. , I have been sprouting for 28 years, but I can only seem to eat about a cup of sprouts at a sitting, by juicing them I get a whole quart, in only 4 ounces of juice. And I still have to EAT my meals, but I only drink water, so the slushies and sprout juice are a treat to me. n, The omega should make as much juice as my samson. So far now, my favorite is the sunnie juice, but my mustard broccoli was bomb. Suz, hoping I do not OD on sprouts
