We talk a lot here about how it is the " junkies " , " people using drugs illegally " , and " people abusing their own prescription drugs " are the ADDICTS and the rest of us on prescription meds as NOT being ADDICTED, just being TOLERANT. Well, when my son took my pills, I knew it would be pointless in asking for a new script, because they can't do it. Another time, I had either a flu or stomach virus. Vomiting for about 10 days, I was unable to keep the pills in. Running short by losing 1 or 2, or 31 day months.......I have gone thru some of the most dreadful signs of withdrawal. I know I/we get tolerant while taking meds, but I can't say I am not addicted. I have been thru the symptoms......any thoughts?
