Vicki:

Please call the number Jen provided. You need desperate help for a desperate

situation. I can tell you from personal experience than he CANNOT take your

child because of a disability. My ex thought he could do that when I went

blind. My attorney told him to just try it. Civil suits, criminal suits,

and whatever else it would take would put a stop to that and then he would

get he ACLU involved.

He never threated me nor my daughter at taking her away from me. Now, I

have not only the blindness but also the physical disability. He has never

tried to take her since then. He knows better. The police/sheriff/safe

house would be the best way to get out of his roof and back on your meds and

keep you and your daughter safe. Pleas consider all that has been posted

for your safety and that of your daughter. I pray that she doesn't have to

grow up with the memories and nightmares that I have had had to live with my

life.

I'm just catching up on some of the posts that I missed while I was

working and too tired to get online. My heart sank when I saw

Vicky's post! I just need to add my support to Vicky and I will

continue to pray very very hard for her and her situation. She MUST

get away from that " man " . I see that everyone has provided so much

encouragement and support. That's what I love about all of you and

this CP support group. I hope that Vicky is okay, as I see there

haven't been more posts from her. I hope her husband didn't take her

computer privilages away too. This is horrible!
