This would be for patients who need assistance paying for medical equipment not covered under their insurance and also something for copay assistance. Thank You. National Foundation for Transplants (NTF) 1102 Brookfield, Suite 200 Memphis, TN 38119 Toll free - Fax – www.transplants.org NTF works with families and friends of potential transplant candidates and recipients needing $10,000 or more for their transplant care and medications. Their goal is to help successfully raise money through fund-drives in the patient’s local area. National Transplant Assistance Fund 3475 West Chester Pike, Suite 230 Newton Square, PA 19073 Toll Free – Fax – www.transplantfund.org This organization provides fund raising advice for patients raising money for uninsured transplant expenses, $1000 challenge grants are available to eligible patients and also educational information regarding organ/tissue donation.
