Guest guest Posted February 8, 2006 Report Share Posted February 8, 2006 I need some advice on my brew. I started it last Friday. There is stuff on the top and the mushroom is on the bottom. It smells like vinegar. How do I tell when it is done. I moved it out of the pantry where it is warmer. Please advise and thank you.
