I'm not sure, Ray. This is a support group for BFL. You clearly are

not following the BFL lifting plan and you are unfamiliar with the

BFL nutrition.

There are a 1000 or so groups out there. You are posting at LL too.

Maybe they can help you with rapid fat loss.

I am glad you are a girl, I think a guy named Glenda would be a bit

odd. I am sorry I don't know all the programs names, when I see a

group thats interesting I join...it's that simple.

If I am too much of a bother, I will leave, just wanted to join a

supportive group while I get back into shape. Sorry I offended you.

I think if this list doesn't suggest in the description that people

read the Body for Life book by Bill it should do so.

Otherwise, people are wasting their time.

Here is the current description. I can see how it might be

misleading to some people.
