You clearly are not following the BFL lifting plan and you are unfamiliar with the BFL nutrition. There are a 1000 or so groups out there. You are posting at LL too. I am sorry I don't know all the programs names, when I see a group thats interesting I join...it's that simple. If I am too much of a bother, I will leave, just wanted to join a supportive group while I get back into shape. Sorry I offended you. Otherwise, people are wasting their time. Here is the current description. I can see how it might be misleading to some people.
