Guest guest
Well, I have begun week eight and I have to say that I no longer have that " high energy feeling " . Nothing has changed with eating or w/o so I can't figure out why I feel so crummy. This has been going on for the last 3-4 weeks. I felt so great when I first started and now I feel like I am back to my old ways. No energy and the aches and pains are back. Any ideas on what gives? BTW, I am the new poster child for slow losers. It is really really s- l-o-w for me!
Guest guest
- Unless you have a CFS or some other medical condition, it must boil down to one of four things IMO: 1) your nutrition - post 3 days of menus and let the experts critique 'em. 2) your workouts - how long they take, your perceived intensity levels, your form, how heavy you lift, etc. - you can post these too for the 'sperts. 3) sleep - sleep deprivation a prob for me - need 8-9 hours of zzz time so the muscles can recover while u sleep 4) stress / emotion levels - of the rest of your life, work, family, outside activities, etc. - can boost the cortisol and / or adreneline. Guest guest
REbecca, This is exaclty how I felt a few weeks ago, when I realized that I had come a long way and I wasn't going to give up on myself. I kept plugging along with some behind-the-scenes-help of some great people here, I stuck with it and am now in week 10:) Keep you chin up girl! You will get through this, just think to yourself, 8 weeks down, 4 to go:) hugggs leigh fl > Well, I have begun week eight and I have to say that I no longer have > that " high energy feeling " .
