Guest guest Posted March 20, 2008 Report Share Posted March 20, 2008 You don't even need a yogurt maker. You just need to keep the yogurt at about 70 degrees for 11-16 hours. I just leave mine in the pot with the lid on and wrap it in a towel or two. Also, you can use yogurt to make yogurt. Stir in about 2 tblsp per quart of milk.
