Hi everyone,

could you help me with some advice about KT taste and shelf life. I

produce KT for my family, friends and some collegues at my work. They

like taste and benefits, which they feel individualy. There is only

one problem, that after 2 weeks it start to be too acid taste, what

they do not like. I do not want pasteurize it. I am experimenting with

tea strainer, coffee filter...

I see, that big commercial producers who say, that they do not

pasteurize their KT, they have shelf life at least 6 month and it is

still drinkable. How they do it?

Is there any way how to do it, if I would like to achive after 2

months still simiral taste? I know, that it is live drink, but...
