Be sure to include your name, county of residence, email, ph#, how many

seats you require and if you will be purchasing the handouts for $5

(available only at seminar).

Seminar will walk families thru the KB application

step by step. This is for families new to the KB waiver and those who

want to reapply or appeal. A very brief overview of the NOW/COMP

Waivers will be mentioned.

*The seminar itself is FREE. A

copy of the actual slide presentation is available for a $5 copy fee and must

be requested in advance.

We will do our best to accommodate walk-ins, but

will not be able to guarantee handouts and/or seating for those who do not

RSVP.

**NOTE** If you do not already have a KB

application packet, please stop by your county

DFAC's office.

This will make the seminar much more beneficial to you.

The room you are assisgned is C208.

Betweene church and Huff Furniture there is an alley/driveway. Half way

down there is a parking lot on your left. Park there. You will

see two entrances into the building. Choose the one on your right as

you face the building. Take the first hallway to your right; use either

the steps or an elevator down the hall a bit to the second floor.

C208 is about in the middle of the hall.

helping families raising children with special needs in Metro Atlanta and

surrounding areas regardless of enrollment status at WOW Academy

and strives to make all seminars and events free to such families.
