Guest guest
I am with you Melody. Let's do whatwe can to cultivate Good health. We just picked up our first csa box full of veggies and herbs from the Griggstown Farm. WOW is all I can say. I have never seen veggies like this. I just a huge Tuscan kale salad that I made from what we got today. I can't adequately describe how fresh and delicious it was. Tonight I am going to be eating more greens as well as those fenugreek sprouts. n Dr. Rollings NJ Licensed Psychologist #4686 www.DrnRollings.com Sent from my iPad > lol > > they think I am taking too much trouble to grow my own food. Guest guest
I am getting older and more forgetful. All I can think of when I see CSA is Confederate States of America and somehow I don't think those are rebel vegetables. (Though they ARE good looking) so what are CSA vegetables, please? Guest guest
Ann I smiled when I read your note-the CSA I referred to was the community supported agriculture farm I bought half a share of this season One pays for a share or half a share and on return you get freshly picked produce. If you google CSA farm the website to find a local one should come up n Dr. Rollings NJ Licensed Psychologist #4686 www.DrnRollings.com Sent from my iPhone > I am getting older and more forgetful. Guest guest
Thanks Sprouters. I hope I can remember that. I have ordered some wonderful Memory Enhancement pills that are supposed to improve your memory in only 21days. I did not pay for extra fast shipping, so Lord knows when they will get here. I can hardly wait. I will feel SO SMART if I can remember names.
