The most " accurate " of all the

allergy testing is the End Point Titration test, but it's the most expensive costing upwards of $10,000 .  I helped develop this test in Orlando at an allergy clinic over 30 years ago.  There was also a Cytotoxic test that was somewhat accurate for foods and chemicals  as well.  Allergies of all kinds cause stress, and stress causes allergies in a vicious cycle.  In particular, stress causes a " need " for more nutrition, particularly for B and C vitamins, and this need causes the lumen of the intestine to " open " more causing " Leaky Gut Syndrome, and this is what causes more and more food and chemical allergies.  (Picky eating habits are one result, and the reason why most autistics respond well to GFCF diets.)  But, is " avoidance " of these foods the answer or solving the allergy problems in toto a better one? 

I discovered EEG Biofeedback (now called Neurofeedback) in 2000, after I retired from active practice, and was the first to theorize  that it seemed to " cure " all types of allergies by raising the SMR brain

wave amplitude.  Again, the problem is cost.  For ADD/ADHD, the cost of

Neurofeedback is in the $6000 range ($100 per half hour session and 60 sessions).  For autism (when you can even find a clinic that will take such), it truly is a bankruptcy disease, with over 200 sessions required.  . 

In 2004, I finally invented, (or created) an alternative that changes the SMR brain wave using subliminal messaging played on a CD while the person sleeps.  This therapy has been gradually improved since

that time, and now is even better than clinical Neurofeedback.  It not only solves the allergies over a period of a year or less, but using subliminal messaging (which cannot be done with NFB or EEG BF), dramatic

improvement is seen with ADD/ADHD, and slower but noticeable improvement is seen in autistic cases.  (Why avoid allergic foods when you can " cure " the allergies, and the " picky eating habits " ). 

The Pfeiffer Clinic in Chicago used a very effective (and expensive)

4 part therapy that took all toxic minerals out of the body, solved allergy stress, improved the nutrition, and finally got the digestive system working as it should, and had amazing results over about a year's

time.  (And many thousands of dollars).

I also developed a very similar 4 part therapy, but with a huge difference.  It's all done at home - no DAN or other expensive MD's, and

it works.  It's not fast, taking about 60 days to solve most ADD/ADHD cases, and up to a year or more for autism cases.  This 4 part therapy is explained in a lengthy article available free for downloading at:
