Guest guest
Clear DayIt is interesting how opinions vary as to the " right " way to brew, use, etc KT. It seems that you can do almost anything and it will turn out great or at least OK (unless you get mould). I have been a lurker for awhile now and have read recently that at least one of you drank KT while pregnant and have healthy boys - however, I have also read in the Health Benefits information " Many articles do not recommend the Kombucha Tea for pregnant or lactating women. The fetus and young baby do not yet have a developed digestive system to filter unwanted toxins out of their bodies. Unless the mother has already been drinking Kombucha, it may be best for the pregnant woman and the breastfeeding mother to forego Kombucha until pregnancy or breastfeeding passes " - so, since this is a rather important time of life for a friend of mine, please give some suggestions and reasoning behind them. My friend and I are new to KT and she is in early pregnancy. Thanks for input!
