Here's mine:

M1: 1/2 cheerios 1/2 nonfat milk and protein powder. (I saw this

on BFL recipes board)

M2: Salad 1 chicken breast and 1/2c Brwn rice

M3: mypoplex light shake (trying to finish them)

M4: steak, red potatoes, and steamed veggies

M5: protein bar (I am in school)

M6: cottage cheese and green apple
