Best Kate > > Suzan, > > I think learning about how to eat healthier and grow your own foods and then investing in what it takes to do it is such fun and money well spent. An investment in good health. > I grow mints in containers in my yard as well as in my aerogarden and can tell you, they spread like crazy if not contained. We had tons of it in the yard at my office but our landscapers mistakened it for a weed and cleaned it all out. So I am hoping to restart it there. One of my favorite things to do at the office during Spring and Summer is to go out the back porch and snip a few leaves of mint to chew on. > I went outside my den yesterday at home and saw that my patch of peppermint is growing again this year beautifully. It is in a large container next to the door against the house where critters don't seem to wander and pillage. > > Please keep us posted about your sprouting and growing adventures. Your enthusiasm is contagious! > marion > >
