I think there were already some responses like this but here's what I do: I repeat the weight again for the next set. ie 10 reps at 5lbs, then 8 reps at 5 lbs., if I dont think I can continue increasing in 5 lb increments through my set of 6 reps. In fact, with some of the weaker body parts like triceps, I started with 12 x 3lb 10 x 3lb 5 x 8lb 5 x 6lb 3 x 12lb 3 x 12lb until I gained some strength to space out the weights to 3, 5, 8, and 10 lb. On my last set of 12, if I can do more than 12, I continue to failure and make a note to raise the weight next time. Then I may only be able to finish 8 or 9 reps to failure and build up to 12 reps over time. After my first 4 weeks, I exchanged the 3lb and 5lb weights for 12 and 15 lb dumbbells because I outgrew them! Good luck!

Guest guest
I use Dr Schultze's program to keep the bowel regular and for cleansing. If the parasites are not given a chance to hatch, they can't invade where they don't belong. People have eaten parasites for years. They did a parasite cleanse a couple times/year and pooped after every meal. Chemicals, too. His formula #2 pulls them out of the body. barb Message: 5 Date: Thu, 24 May 2001 12:41:16 EDT From: lateblmr46@... Subject: Hulda Okay is it me or does reading Hulda s book just plain scare the bejeebees out of you. I think she is a very smart woman and we need more like her,, but after reading her book there is NOTHING safe to eat or drink. Our furnaces, water heaters, toasters, nothing is safe. If she had her way we would have all teeth pulled , no make-up no anything. I know alot of what she says is true. I really have cut back on chemicals in my life as far as face creams, wear very little make-up any more,, but still some, don't wear perfumes, try not to use chemical cleaners, etc,, but we do have to live in this world and I don't want to just live by BORAX alone. I used to drink bottled water , she said that is awfull, what is left? Bobbie
Guest guest
I could have sued my doctor and hospital in the late 1980's because they missed a broken rod and it ended up causing more damage. I did not sue because I was afraid nobody would ever touch my back again. Well, 5 years later I needed more surgery and that surgery took away all back pain. If I had sued, I may not have had the chance to have that surgery. This was before the " information " age we are undergoing with computers. Be very careful and not just in a hurry.
