Guest guest
, I had brown spots on my hands, ankles, and feet. They have almost totally disappeared. The only thing that could have made this happen is either taking colodial silver and/or virgin coconut oil. I recently received virgin coconut oil and have been using some of it to rub on my skin. The brown spots began fading and now are almost all gone. About the same time I was taking about 2 teaspoons a day of the silver. Don't know which one worked on the brown spots but I love it! Guest guest
Brown spots are often caused by liver dysfunction. Guest guest
Barbara, Treating it from inside-out sounds much better than using some cream (from outside-in). Do you recall how long did it took before you saw results? Did you notice if the brown spots faded only after starting the virgin coconut oil, or did they fade at all before you started virgin coconut oil (i.e., just colloidal silver)? Regarding the virgin coconut oil: What brand did you take? About how much per day? Did you cook it or consume it raw? Sorry to ask so many particular questions, but I want to try to duplicate what you did. Thank you, ............ Message: 9 Date: Thu, 26 Sep 2002 22:40:55 EDT From: Bgj1110@... Guest guest
, I got the vcno from Tropical Traditions and I love it! At the time I received it I was taking about 2 teaspoons of the silver for a tooth infection. I just used the coconut oil as I would any hand lotion and rubbed it into my skin. I didn't measure the amount just whenever I thought about it I rubbed some into my hands (my skin was very dry). I could begin to see the fading right away. I still continue to use this everyday. I don't know if it was one or both that contributed to the fading of the brown stops, but they were the only things I was doing differently at the time. Another thing I have found about the virgin coconut oil is that it is helping with the yeast infection that I have in my sinus and ears. I have begun to put some into my ear cavity and also to rub the inside of my nose with it. I think it has helped kill off some of the yeast. I have added the coconut oil to some of my baking, but not on a regular basis. Am looking for a granola type recipe to use with coconut oil. I think if I took more of the vcno internally it would do me alot more good. As far as using it raw or cooked, I used some to fry potatoes, substituted coconut oil in recipes calling for oil (made some killer brownies using coconut oil) and put some (raw) in smoothie type drinks. Some people can just swallow the oil. I do have a problem doing that so I have been using it to cook with. Lots of good information on their web site. This is where I ordered it: http://www.tropicaltraditions.com/virgin_coconut_oil.htm Hope this helps.
