Guest guest
Dear Marisol, This is just my own (very subjective, and also possibly momentary) thoughts on the subject. While I am not observing anyone else but me, this question (3-11 or 3-4) has been on my mind this week and last week! I think the advantage of 3-11 is to give the body " more rest " . The disadvantage would be " it is slower " . (At least in theory it is slower: body's ability to detox merc is also an issue. In general in life, sometimes " slower " turns out to be " faster .) The trick would be trying to guess how much rest someone (my, your son) may need. So far I have done: 2 days on / 3 off (1st cycle is short because I was experimenting and figuring out how to fit into weekly schedule) 3 on / 4 off 3 on / 11 off (I am currently on day 5 in this " off " cycle) I am planning to go " 11 off " this round. I was considering it anyway, and then I got a cold. Since I am just now really getting over the cold, it is a good time for a longer break. (I figure my body has enough to do with the cleanup on the cold, without me adding a bunch of toxic metals to the mix.) In addition (take it or leave it as you wish): I have 2 different people who do different types of energy work on me, and BOTH independently said they thought my body could really use a break from the detox. My current thought going forward is that I will plan to do 3 weeks of 3/4 followed by one cycle of 3/11. (Basically doing 3/4 with one extra week a month " off " .) But this is just a thought. I could decide to go to 3/11 every time. Or skip every 3rd week (instead of every 4th). For some people something like 3/7 might also be a reasonable thing to consider. This is not attractive to me. Both my need to schedule around work and my need for " routine " would make this very unattractive to me. regards, Moria -- RESPONDING TO: Message: 19 Date: Thu, 18 Jan 2001 22:04:18 -0500 From: " J. Greenberg " <greenvil@...> Subject: 3-11 or 3-4? Hi Listmates, We were all set to do our fourth round this weekend when--whoops!-- got a stomach bug. I'm real frustrated at not being able to chelate this weekend since we had waited two weeks, so I was wondering about asking our doc about switching to 3 on 4 off instead of 3 on 11 off (so that if gets sick close to chelation time and we miss a weekend, it won't be quite so long a period of time between rounds). My question: does anybody know of any advantages/disadvantages to 4 off compared to 11 off? Thanks! Marisol
