Has it been anyone's personal experience that they have seen a

reduction in their wrinkles since they started drinking Kombucha? I

have read that it happens a lot, but I was interested to hear any

personal stories.

Thanks :)

Hi -

I'm 61, and I've seen a subtle but noticeable improvement in the skin

texture on my forearms (maybe elsewhere too, I haven't really checked) -- a

bit smoother and less dry looking. I've been drinking KT off and on for

about 6 months, mostly on in the last couple of months. At this point I'm

consuming 16 - 24 ounces per day.

All the best,

Dana

I have been applying KT to my face, neck areas and what I really noticed was

that my pores on my nose are not looking so huge and clogged! I did an

experiment and didn't use KT for about 2 weeks and sure enough my pores were

looking very big and very clogged. I started back up again and my pores are

now smaller and unclogged! I have a little magnifying mirror so I can

really see what is going on. I apply it every morning and every evening

after I wash my face and wouldn't be without it ever again! Has made a huge

difference. HTH Blessings,

I wish I could apply KT to my face (liquid or cream), but it causes severe

itching. I guess the acid is irritating to my skin. Maybe after I've been

drinking KT for a while my skin might tolerate it better.

Dana

Dana--Have you tried diluting liquid KT with water? Maybe, that would work

for your skin.

I thought of that, also, could try using young KT, not so intensely

acidic. But barring that, Dana, because you had such a strong reaction to

KT initially, I reckon you'll work your way into more ability/tolerance

with it.

Ah! Just what I was wondering as well. I did the same and I also

noticed the same effect. I was wondering if it was just me, but I

only did it for a couple of days. I have only drank it for one week,

can't wait to see what else it can do.

Thanks!!!

Hi V-

Yes, I'd say you're right on that. Whew! Am I glad I got through the initial

difficulties I experienced last summer. After doing a really good

colon/parasite cleanse, I seem to be able to drink as much KT as I want (as

long as I don't drink any after dinner -- it gives me problems with sleep).

I had trouble back then with kefir, as well, and now I'm able to drink that

too (kefir made with raw milk -- yum!). I'm thrilled because I like them

both, and the reaction I had (some sort of gall bladder " episode " ) happened

when I drank quite a bit of each one at the same time. After that, I didn't

tolerate either one until I finished the cleanse. I'm sure the skin issue

will improve over time as well.

Thanks,

Dana
