Guest guest
We have many ABA teachers, the one that helped most is a young lady, she taught him maze, spelling, read numbers, colors... I appreciate it a lot. Then one day she tried to teach him rhymes. He keeps saying cat rhymes with dog, that makes her feel funny and started joking with other therapist. I actually felt sick listening to that. I wouldn't mind how long or how hard this process is, as long as he can make it. I can't live without this hope of him getting back to normal. Friends came and say he improved so much since last year, then said if he doesn't recover, we should have another child. I hate when people say that. Like this one is written off. > > > > > > > > We have made gains against clostridia, yeast > > issues are > > improving, > > > and > > > > yes, we are seeing some gains in language, but > > why is it all so > > > > achingly slow...Matt still only wants chicken, > > egg yolk > > smoothies, > > > and > > > > asks for raw carrots every day...he also remains > > TERRIBLY > > > constipated. > > > > Nothing has worked in that regard... > > > > > > > > Stan's son got better so quickly...what am I > > doing wrong. Guest guest
That is really good to know. I will stop the drop of NDF plus I guess or I could continue to give a bit of fruit so his bowels move...hard to know what is right. I will look into herbotox. Thanks. Guest guest
Oh, and one other thing...since LDM 100 is not a front line antiviral and they suggest using OLE - what is your viral strategy? > > > >> > > > >>> We have made gains against clostridia, yeast issues are > > > >>> improving, and > > > >>> yes, we are seeing some gains in language, but why is it all so > > > >>> achingly slow...Matt still only wants chicken, egg yolk > > > >>> smoothies, and > > > >>> asks for raw carrots every day...he also remains TERRIBLY > > > >>> constipated. > > > >>> Nothing has worked in that regard... > > > >>> > > > >>> Stan's son got better so quickly...what am I doing wrong. Guest guest
Hi Di, You asked in a previous message what natural antivirals we were using and what schedule we were giving them on in conjunction with prescriptions. here's the schedule. He is almost 4 and about 38 lbs. AM immediately when he wakes up Valtrex 250mg 2 tsp childrens Sambucol On the way to school: 5 drops Grapefruit Seed Extract 21 drops Vitamin Shoppe OLE (750 mg) 1 capsule Kirkmans Sacc B (all of this is mixed in a juice concoction with a xylitol sweetener and has some of his other supplements in it) PM immediately upon pick up from school (sitting in the car lol) Valtrex 250mg Diflucan 100mg before therapy- we have therapy five days a week: 5 drops Grapefruit Seed Extract 21 drops Vitamin Shoppe OLE (750 mg)- 1500 mg daily total (once again mixed in juice concoction with sweetener and other supps and his therapists will make sure he drinks it during therapy) PM before bed: Valtrex 250 mg Spironolactone 100 mg Sacc B 2 tsp childrens Sambucol He also gets his probiotics in the morning and again before bed. MB12 shots every three days and all the other basic stuff. Hope this helps. P.S.- The taste of these antivirals are VERY strong- it should be obvious I started out with one drop at a time in some juice and worked my way up very, very slowly adding an additional drop every four or five days or so. > > > > > > > > We have made gains against clostridia, yeast issues are > > improving, and > > > > yes, we are seeing some gains in language, but why is it all so > > > > achingly slow...Matt still only wants chicken, egg yolk > > smoothies, and > > > > asks for raw carrots every day...he also remains TERRIBLY > > constipated. > > > > Nothing has worked in that regard... > > > > > > > > Stan's son got better so quickly...what am I doing wrong. Guest guest
We had the rashes with vitamin A as well as with valtrex and antifungals...so far nothing with the LDM - except it weems a spike in yeast. Sigh. I am going to continue giving it, but I think I better figure out a better yeast strategy...diet is so key to that and diet is our BIGGEST obstacle here. Yeeps. Guest guest
That is inspirational...what does your child eat? Is he picky to the point of neurosis as is mine. That is my iggest struggle at this time which foods to go to war for, what will heal him and improve his chances of recovery...thanks.
