If you don't want them to spill over when you open them you have to put them in the frig after you have had them out to age. I let mine age for a couple of weeks and then put them in the frig. Tried that, didn't work. I've tried everything everyone suggested in all the previous posts and still I have bottles exploding periodically. Thanks for the ideas, but.... I guess it'll just be the hazard of my KT!
