Hi all,

Does anyone here have maybe a link to a good online list, or a good

website, that deals with chronic anxiety? I thought I was doing so

much better, but it just came back with a vengeance. It's funny how

you can know why you are the way you are, and yet still have such a

hard time changing it...

I figured this was the best place to start, since I know some others

on this list have similar struggles.

Thanks,

Hi ,

One place to look might be Dr Grohol's Psych Central at:

Hi ,

Thanks for the thoughts. Meditation usually works for me but nothing

seems to be working right now - it's like my brain is sabotaging all

of the stuff that used to work. I've been staying away from

medication because I don't want to be on something like that long-

term... but I hadn't thought about taking something short-term. Isn't

most of that stuff hard to get off of, once you're on it?

I have a suggestion that helped me with chronic anxiety. I see a therapist

who does EMDR which has been very successful for me. I highly reccommend it if

you are able.
