Hi all,

I've been growing sprouts in jars and Easy Sprouters for a bit, and was

wondering if anyone has any tips on how to scale it up a bit to feed more

people? Not super huge, but going from a quart of alfalfa sprouts at a time to

maybe two or three gallons. (I'm thinking about experimenting with this for a

small, start-up, neighborhood CSA.) Anybody built or bought anything that worked

well?

Thanks,

Graham

You might drop Gil an email from the sproutpeople.org page. Read their

" history " - which should be on the homepage about how they started, particularly

when they shifted to the Madison (Wisc) farmers market.

Thanks, Pam. I was actually going to start there, but it sounded from the

website like I ought to try asking the group first. So I thought I'd just see if

anyone else has suggestions before I go pestering Gil about it. :-)
