Well being laid up with a sprained ankle isn't fun but the scale is

being kind...I have been eating well and taking my glutamine ( &

glucosamine) so I don't think it is all muscle loss. At least my

Tanita isn't indicating that. Whatever...I don't care...I may be

gimpy, but if this helps me break through the platueau...that's OK.

Woo hoo 130's may actually be acheivable.

Doing a one-legged happy dance here in Boston.

Yeah!!!!! Doing the happy dance with you, ! Sometimes

changing the routine (even resting) will shake things up enough to

get you moving in the right direction again. I guess it's true that

every cloud has a silver lining, eh? The 130s are right around the

corner for you, girlie! *high fives*
