I think that I have mentioned that I wear a medic alert bracelet, but I also keep a printed excel sheet (it is now legal length - used to be letter. LOL) that I can just hand out to the medics or doctor or er personnel. It makes things much simpler when you are struggling to breathe. I have deleted all of the very personal info, but I left in all my conditions and meds for those of you who are interested. Anyway, you can easily delete my info and put in your own then just print.
