Guest guest
May Life is WONDERFUL We got an email from one of our dearest friends from our time in England and he'll be coming to our area for a conference next week. I am so happy!!! We haven't seen him since we moved in Oct 2000 I'm sure it will mess up our meals a little bit but I'm not terribly concerned Yeah!!!! DH suggested that I put my favorite recipes online so http://users.starpower.net/kuranes/BFL/BFLrecipes.html is the link. It's a work in progress so feedback is appreciated! I completely screwed my day yesterday by forgetting at one point that I had only eaten one meal and thinking I had eaten two. Ooops. My cardio was lovely although my distance was back to 3.95. My ten wasn't as hard to reach yesterday ~~ But, that's okay! It was still a ten There is an interesting page at Snopes about Water Intake http://www.snopes.com/toxins/water.htm Hrrmm. Not that this will change my mind about drinking my cup of water an hour, but it's still interesting to read It's a LBWO day for me and I'll be doing it a little later on Today's meals are as follows: 1 - Egg Sub Sandwich (This is the last of my egg sub yellows.. and I hate the egg sub whites (remember that scene with the beer in American Pie 1? UCK. At any rate, I think I need to go to the store tonight. I can't be without my egg subs!) 2 - Tuna and Orange or Apple 3 - BFL Sketti 4 - CC and yoghurt blend. Yum. 5 - Chicken Stir Fry 6 - Power Bread I realize that I should state a disclaimer here. My menues as posted rarely contain veggies since I don't plan for veggies. I eat veggies as I want, when I want, depending on what's in the fridge I do get at least 2 servings of veggies every day, even if those two servings are split over 4 meals I just focus on the protein/carbs when I'm planning since the veggie part is a no-brainer for me. Yesterday's meals: > 1 - Egg Sub Sandwich. (I'm running low on eggs due to the protein bread. oops.) > 2 - Tuna and Orange (I ran out of pineapple.) I forgot I was supposed to have an orange. So I had an apple > 3 - BFL Sketti > 4 - CC and yoghurt blend. > 5 - Pork with Apple and Green Beans DH said " no fruit " LOL So we had " garlic bread " (aka whole grain toast with garlic) instead. > 6 - Protein Bread Yeah May It's almost time to buy plants for the pond!! Serenity, happier than a clam.
