Guest guest
Hi, Anybody see the broadway show Wicked? It's absolutely spectacular. I have to say it's the best broadway show I've seen. I even liked it better than Lion King. Anyway getting to the point, the story is about how the good witch came to be the good witch and how the bad witch came to be the bad witch. What's interesting about it is the bad witch has a really good heart. I just think it's very interesting because things are not always what they seem and people can think Nada's are so wonderful and not really know who they are. Nada's can split children bad and make them seem terrible to everyone when really they have good hearts. I highly recommend this show for KO's. You come out feeling really good. cntbreathe
Guest guest
Oh, did you get to see that show, Wicked? I am very envious if you did! I read the book when it first came out- it became one of my favorites. Then last year I discovered there was a musical and I bought the soundtrack and played it all the time. I love, " I have been changed for good " ...it reminds me that even though Nada has done rotten things, I would not be who I am today without her. I believe that several weeks ago, maybe months, I had posted some thoughts on how that musical reminded me of BPD, in that things aren't always as they seem in our FOO. Looks are deceiving when you have a high functioning Nada! And isn't it wild that it's all about OZ? I always wondered if Randi K. and Macguire (who wrote the book , Wicked) knew each other. Or maybe the authior had some BP's in his life? Now you have me wanting to listen to my soundtrack! Yes, my Nada's narcisstic tendancies make me think of " Popular. " You just know that Glinda had one of those, " It's all about ME! " t-shirts! Di.
Guest guest
> Or maybe the authior had some BP's in his life? There are enough BP's everywhere, anyone who doesn't know them either is one or has his head in the sand. They are found in literature throughout the ages. I am re-reading the last Harry Potter book. There are some excruciatingly delightful portraits of BP's and NP's in it. - Dan
