Guest guest Posted March 2, 2006 Report Share Posted March 2, 2006 hello i'd like to know how should i add herbs and fruits during or after the brew?acccording to trevor from hamonic health it's better to wait the second days of fermentation before adding the fruit or herbs.but i don't if it's better to use dried stuff or fresh one or in decoction or infusion during putting in bottle for the frsh fruits.i don't want to put some mold and damge my scoby and be well warmed before to brew with herbs and fruits thanks for your answer and good health romuald from france Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
