Hi EveryOne,

If you want to get more fizz in your Kombucha try adding a bit more sugar

and also use the KT from the bottom of your brewing jar for starter: it

contains more yeasts and it is the yeasts that make the fizz.

If none of the above work for you keep repeating the same procedure for a

few batches and things might change. You can also add a bit of sugar,

raisins, etc. when you bottle which will help the fermentation along. Just

be cautious not to add so much sugar to the finished KT in the bottle that

you get an explosion.
