Guest guest Posted January 1, 2006 Report Share Posted January 1, 2006 Hi EveryOne, If you want to get more fizz in your Kombucha try adding a bit more sugar and also use the KT from the bottom of your brewing jar for starter: it contains more yeasts and it is the yeasts that make the fizz. If none of the above work for you keep repeating the same procedure for a few batches and things might change. You can also add a bit of sugar, raisins, etc. when you bottle which will help the fermentation along.
