Week three update

Hi everyone! Just finished up week three and had some encouraging

results.....first, the back roll has " left the building " and instead

of looking like a bloated tomato from behind, I am straight - can't

wait for the nipped waist look. AND I have lost 4.5 pounds and almost

2 inches from the waist!!!!

I haven't noticed any other visual changes, though I know they will

come in time.

Do you all remember the dreadful before pix experience with the

hubby? Well, he has jumped on the band wagon with me and eating the

same food (plus more protein) and getting up with me at 430 am to go

th the gym. Keep in mind that he is a fitness fanatic and is obsessed

with his physique. So I guess I finally impressed him with my

motivation and discipline. He has accepted that I am sticking with

this program and he has seen a huge change in my attitude, moods,

energy and strength.

One major milestone is the fact that I am overcoming my mental block

about being naked around my hubby. I have always hidden my body and

now I am accepting my body and walking around in front of him without

shame. This is having a major impact on our relationahip and I am

gaining so much confidence!

I do have the genetics to build mass and I am seeing this, but I

really need to peel the fat off. I can't wait to share pix with you

guys when this is over. I am eating clean (not one cheat) and lifting

heavy and I am loving every minute of it. I feel empowered!
