Guest guest
, A naturopath would be great. The herbal world is all about gut balance and flora, though, so if that's the only thing you want to work on you can get decent info at a health food store. They'll set you up with a boxed set for reducing/clearing candida, as well as probiotics. You start the set first, and add the probiotics a few days later. It sounds as though you may have other things going on though. So, you may want to ask around for a good naturopath in your area. There are many good products around. One that I use and have liked is called CandiGone by Renew. If you're starting a program like this for the first time, you do half doses for a couple days, then move on to full dosing. Sometimes you need to go through a couple boxes initially, and see how you're doing. When I first started years ago, I was on these types of products for 8 weeks at first, then 2 weeks of the month for a few months. This is the individualized part which may not be the same for you. That is what my naturopath " prescribed " for me. At that point, I was so sick, I just did what she said. Fortunately, it worked well and I made good progress. Possibly, you will not need to be this aggressive and will see results sooner. When you're doing a process like this, it's important to avoid all things sweet, and avoid as much processed foods, white flour foods as you can. Focus on your veggies and meats as your biggest intake. Sweet things, white flour, high carbs, juices all increase candida.
