That has been my opinon from experience on boss's for years I keep marveling at the people that achieve the positions of power. They are seldom 'together' people. They tend to have horrible records. I mean unstable records. Hopping around, in debt, broken marriages, children with drug, etc problems. But I've also noticed they seem to have a constant as aggressive people. The only problem is, their superiors apparently bank on that unstable aggressiveness as what it takes to make the buck. And they do not care what kind of turmoil goes on in the workplace. Too many people that are not equipped get these jobs because of their aggressiveness. Misguided as the aggressiveness is. I know a woman that the story " is " makes well over a 100k a year. It seems like it's true. Yet she has definetely got some serious problems. On a personal level (our contact) she is " icky " . No class - personalilty zilch (IMHO<G>). Very unstable. When he mentioned management theories an engineer stood up and said " This company follows the cesspool theory of management.
