Champions provides families financial assistance to cover expenses (including therapies, medications, and goods for their children) and connects them with resources and services. The Program also helps to raise awareness of other resources and services in the community. This survey is being conducted to learn more about families like yours, the services and resources that you need, and your ability to access what is needed for your family.
