Guest guest
Hey Maree, You can probably tell from meeting me and what I write on here that I am a ball of anxiety very often, and I can tell you that for me the stress/anxiety level most definitely changes how “tight” I feel. If I am very anxious or worried then normal, easy foods that I usually eat fine, just stick and I get full very fast. I am guessing it’s no different to my unbanded life where if the anxiety level increased, I stopped eating or threw up. I have also started having a very small amount of muesli in the morning (half a fist). It takes ages, not one of my better times to eat, but could even this small amount be too heavy? I read Ghyll has it so I bought some to try her theory about smaller meals more often. Today I've had muesli, chinese container of greek salad for lunch and a boiled egg and 2 sakata bikkies for dinner and I'm about to burst. What's going on? It's no more than I would usually eat in volume, just different and spread out, is that it? M.
