Guest guest
Hi Everyone Does anyone eat the Zone Perfect bars? The one I have (Fudge Graham) has 16g of protein and 21g of carbohydrates. I dont ususally eat these bars but sometimes I need something quick or on the road, so I thought this would be a good choice. I have tried other bars and do not like them half as much as the Zone Perfect. The only thing is it has 12g of sugar, but that is comprable to the fat free yogurt I eat, so I didnt think that was a problem. Any thoughts on this?? thanks Cats
Guest guest
I would say that in an emergency they are a better choice than anything you will find in a vending machine, but I wouldn't recommend them as a regular component of your daily diet. The sugars in the bar (usually from processed, high-fructose corn syrup) are far different than the sugars in yogurt (from lactose, a naturally occurring milk sugar). They DO taste really yummy, so I don't blame you for having a fondness for them, LOL. They are also really great for killing cravings... cut one up into small pieces and if a craving strikes, eat one small piece and see if that does the trick. Jen B. C7W6D2 " No excuses!
