10 year anniversary.... yeah!

It is the 10th anniversary of my DS surgery. So much has happened in that time

that it feels like I have lived a lifetime. Considering that my doctors had

told me that I would be lucky to see 50 (I'm 57 now)… it's been a really grea 10

years. I am still over 100 pounds lighter than I was pre-surgery. High blood

pressure and diabetes have not returned. Because I live a really stressful life

the last few years, I have put some weight back on, and it has made life a bit

harder. If I can get my kids under control, maybe I can have time to think

about me.

I have not been as good as I should about supplements. It is my 10 year

resolution that I will.
