The pharmacist asked how I took the D3 and said that I would be at risk for kidney stones. I told him I had the DS and malabsorbed so he said I could have it "over the counter." My friend (who is also on our Facebook group) has lost 125 with the first stage of our DS ~ not the malabsorption part. Forty to go. She just had her one year check up. It is August 12 and we finally have some sun and it is 76.1 degrees in the woods here. Weather forecast heading for the 90's this weekend. Yipee!! Visitors welcome - the state of WA needs your money.
