well he called me back Ross  He does very  with me Becasue he starts suggesting all kinds of things  that all of us  have already thought of taking up more of my precious time sigh  There is not a  solution for now but wyeth is " thinking " about maknig  packages of fives( useless to me really ) or singles, at some time They take us seriously.

Big deal says " Well you know  it is expensive to make line changes. " ( he has no answer when I wail about how he  told me he sells singles to foreign countries I suppose foreign countries are differnt SArcasm)

 So he starts suggesting I send my patietns to pedaitric  practices for the shots .  right.I e xplain the barriers the loss of  patietns the unlikelihood that will be received well ,thoguh today I am going to ask I had not asked MY pediatric practice here is not user friendly Just  yesterday I got two more transfers away fromthem

 There are coporarte policies everywhere  blockading us Wyeth  wants to protect their cold chain so will not sell to CArdinal health,  the pharmcies middleman . He says to me at great length  the solution about haveing  pharmacies buy the shots   Sigh.So I go through the cardinal health  deal  and the reasons pharmacies  willnot buyprevnar-- 10 ata time/  etc Oh  he says well we  will sell to mckesson  MY drugstores will not buy from Mckesson 

Coprorate policy Wyeth would be willing ot  ship directly to my pharmacy  I could call and ask. Well II put in a call to corpoarte headquarters of Hannaofrd's, but how much more unpaid time?How much more?? everyone has a corpoarte policy  that is so mportnat and so expensive. to change.

  I think there is no hopeI am going  to email my mom(I mea nthe  patietnnt's mother NOt my moher...) after peds calls me back  . If peds says  they will not help and give this  kids shots for me,Iwill  call theceo of the hospital but  then probaly I will buy  from Lonna or GAry and tell the mom she has to pay 40.00 cash to get access to the vaccines  or do without the final doses of HIB and prevnar . she will take her husban d three kids and leave my practice becasue it will be me that cannot do what she needs Iknow it.

 shoot me already.Mr Ross was impressed may I say at all of you You were all very polite.PLease don;t have anyone else call he says. well, I say if you fix it, I can get you 700 thanks you.
