Guest guest
Don't pat Melody on the back just yet. My sprouts died today. Went to heaven. All 3 trays. I have no idea why. I used the cooling system. They looked fine as of yesterday. But they stopped sprouting. I put the to green up on my shelf, turned on the fan, they greened up just a bit but then when I saw them and SMELLED THEM, I knew immediately. Threw them all away. Woe is me, my sprouts died today. Had to go out and buy Romaine Lettuce. ROMAINE LETTUCE?? Can you believe that? I put up a new batch this morning (before I knew my sprouts had gone away). Hope I have better luck with this new batch. They are going into the trays tonight. Any suggestions are welcome. OH WOE IS ME!!!! My sprouts have gone away!! lol Melody (who is in mourning) > > Or you might look at Melody's videos on " cooling " the sprouts it's maybe > two of the most recent ones. > Good vids. > Pam > >

Guest guest
Appreciate the condolences n. Melody P.S. I'll get them right yet. Been doing this for over 2 years. This is only the second time this has happened to me, and the first time was in the beginning when I was first learning how to sprout. Guest guest
Melody, couldn't you try getting a small fan and aiming it over the heads of the sprouts to move the air and get some cooling effect but not such concentrated cold? Was that option already discussed? I don't remember.  P... To: sproutpeople Sent: Sunday, May 29, 2011 5:54 PM Subject: Re: My first sprouts!  Don't pat Melody on the back just yet.
