water with lemon is very cleansing and very good for the skin - whether it

will clear the tongue I do not know but it will do no harm to try, in fact it

can do only good.

Brushing the tongue with a toothbrush can cause severe damage to the taste

buds - you can buy tongue cleaners which do the job far better. It saves

putting HP into your system as well.

Hi,

Perhaps you might consider what this coating represents with respect to her

underlying physiologic balance. Perhaps you might also consider if this

indicates an overly acidified system. There are usually other accompanying

expressions which will point to this.

Brushing the tongue with a hydrogen peroxide soaked toothbrush

will give speedy results but you must do it everyday to keep the tongue

pink and clean.

Most of the advice I have read so far follows the " get rid of the symptoms "

model of allopathic medicine. Over the past months, my tongue has cleared

significantly as I have used ozone, CS and MSM, zapping, etc. and with these

my body temp and ph have increased slowly but surely. I truly believe

coated tongue is purely a symptom of candida, body condition and general

health. Try to focus on the cause and scrape the tongue with a tongue

scraper to control it while you improve your general health.

3% off the shelf from Wally World.

Sure, it cleans the tongue quite well while you're working on your cleansing

inside.

A good detox will cause a coated tongue anyway, so this keeps your mouth

fresher.

A coated tongue sensation is unpleasant, and this really helps. Do it daily for

best results.

Use a soft toothbrush and scrub to your comfort level.

You suggested a hydrogen peroxide soaked toothbrush for coated tongue. How

much dilution and have you personally found this to work?

My wife recently visited her alternative dentist and noticing her coated tongue

he recommended she drink a glass of water with juice of 1/2 lemon every day,

followed by a glass of water.

Anyone know if this works? She's had a whitish coated tongue for years even

after many fasts and colon cleansing. Anyone know of other helpful remedies?
