Any ideas on plastics?

Hello, All: I’m usually just a lurker here, but since I lost the initial 100 lbs I wanted to lose, and have kept it off, I would really like to firm up the remnants of my former double chin (gobble-gobble). Do any of you see any way Dr. K. can authorize/recommend that (I have Federal BC/BS insurance)? ALSO, I wanted to let you know that on my last lab report that I sent from DC to Dr. K., I got my first ever feedback in the four years since I had my surgery.. Dr. K recommended that I up my calcium (done), and that I begin taking Vitamin D3-50, 50,000 IU D3 (Dry, Cholecalciferol). He emphasized that it was an OVER THE COUNTER MEDICATION. The pharmacist HERE in DC told me that that dosage of Vitamin D was only available by prescription. He wouldn’t honor the recommendation letter written by Dr. K. So, luckily, I have a family member who is an MD who wrote the order for me. How do I let Dr. K know that in the DC area, anyway, this is NOT an over-the-counter medication? I DO have to say though, that I am very, very pleased with the long-term outcome of my GRDS. I have a normal life, with increased flexibility and a much better self-image. For generations, diabetes has killed older females in my family – I don’t have to worry about that. I don’t feel the need to do any plastics – perhaps because I had less to lose (100 lbs.) than others on this listserv. I WOULD like to firm up under my chin, though, so if any of you have any ideas about a possible Dr. K. recommendation to have this done under insurance, please let me know. My best to everyone.
