Ok, here is what I ate today...I'm eating M6 as I type this.

Feel like I didn't have enough veggies today.

Wednesday Actual

6:30 am M1 2 Hard boiled eggwhites, ½ grapefruit

9:30 M2 PP, Frozen Raspberries, Skim Milk

12:30 M3 3 cups Romaine Lettuce, 1 T Annies Caesar Dressing, Salmon Apple

3:45 M4 Roast Beef, 2 slices thin rye bread, lettuce

7:00 M5 Chicken, sautéed veggies in broth, WW Tortilla, FF Sour Cream

10:00 M6 Cottage Cheese, Orange

Timing was easier for me today...got up earlier and was able to eat at my desk for M3 & M4

Thursday Plan

6:30 M1 3 Hard boiled eggwhites, ½ grapefruit - working up to 5egg whites

9:30 M2 PP, Frozen Raspberries, Skim Milk

12:30 M3 3 cups Romaine Lettuce, 1 T Annies Caesar Dressing, Salmon Apple

3:30 M4 Chicken, sautéed veggies in broth, WW Tortilla, FF Sour Cream

6:30 M5 Protein to be determined when I go to store tomorrow after work, Broccoli , Brown Rice

9:00 M6 Cottage Cheese, Orange

I really appreciate the encouragement to post my meal plans. This definitely helps me be accountable...
