Guest guest
I've never joined a chat group before, so this is all new to me. Anyway, I'm a beginner sprouter and have been loving the info on this website and the forum. I've been asked to give a class on sprouting (why they asked me, I don't know) for a group of women. So, I'm wondering if there are any veteran sprouters out there who live near Sacramento and want to come help me. PLEASE:) If not, what do you all suggest I cover in the class. Of course, I'll start with the basics (i.e. why sprouting is so good for you, and basics on how to do it), but I need some ideas on what else to go over, and what sprouts are a must to let them try. Any help would be much appreciated. Summer
Guest guest
I would tell you to bring a laptop, show them my sprout channel and you would all laugh. But honestly, just google " Benefts of Sprouting " , print it out, bring it with you. Tell them about broccoli, alfalfa, fenugreek and radish sprouts. Are you bringing any with you? Any mason jars, any trays? They need to know IT'S FUN. If they think IT'S WORK, AND IT'S BORING, they'll never do it. Tell them they can do it with their kids. To see things grow is amazing. Click on the link after my signature and you'll see how I set up my kitchen with my sprouting shelves, etc. You'll do great. I wish I lived near you. I'd have a ball at that class. lol Melody http://www.youtube.com/user/eliz7212?feature=mhum Apr 27, 2011 01:31:19 PM, sproutpeople wrote: =========================================== I've never joined a chat group before, so this is all new to me.
