Persaonlly I think that anything you ingest is going to go through your

system. However I have been studying food combinging and I do buy into the

wait at least 2 hours between stuff like wheatgrass juice and lemon juice

per say. I take my wheatgrass juice at bedtime when I can and my Yerba Mate

(ie coffee) in the morning with my chia and maca and spirulena
