Here are my measurements: 2/10/2002 4/7/2002 Arms 14 14 Waist 44 41 1/4 Hips 39 1/2 38 Thighs 22 1/2 20 1/2 Neck 15 1/2 15 Weight 226.5 212.5 As you can see from the pics I need to shave, maybe a little- ha ha. I want to shave off everything for week 12 pics. I'll have to make sure that I break out the Liquid Draino for that event. Anyway, I feel that I'm getting pretty close to my goals. With 4 weeks left I'm gonna hafta kick it up a notch or so. Does anyone have a good love handle exercise for my ab workout? During the 1st month I did Twisted Crunches and during month 2 I did Oblique Crunches. Should I go back to Twisted Crunches for the last month. Does anyone have any ideas?
