Wow! I've been drinking for almost four months and I've noticed almost nothing,

except not losing so much hair.

I had written before that it seemed to eradicate my " winter asthma " .

Unfortunately, two weeks later, my asthma hit me like a ton of bricks... sigh.

I am so happy the K Tea is working for you. May I ask how you make yours?

Greetings everyone and Hafa Adai from Guam. I am just new to K-Tea and

with just about 10 days of drinking K-T, this is how it is effecting

me. I have more energy now, I am beginning to feel some weight loss,

my razor bumps are disappearing, I have a sense of calmness, my

appetite is less, my sinus has cleared up, and my congestion is gone.

This is so far, on the other hand, I find that I need more water now,

because it seems to make me more thirsty.

I am in the process of making my first batch of K-Tea, hope I made it

correctly.

I combine the K-Tea with my findings I have read in the book, " The

Makers Diet " , in fact there is where I learned about Kombucha and

Kefir and why they are good for your health.

Thanks for all your info that I read on this network, it is very

helpful, I will ask questions as they come up.

Good Health, and Blessings,

Ed

Thanks for responsing, this network is really nice. Well, to answer your

questions, I really feel you are more qualified than me to answer, since you

have been taking K-T for awhile.

But, perhaps the reason for favorable results, is I am following the book " The

Maker's Diet " , If you buy the book, I have past the detox stage of the book,

and I am know just following what foods I should stay away from. I think that

following good eating habits and drinking K-T is beneficial.

I just make my K-T from the basic recipe that I have found on the internet. I

am using green tea, white sugar, apple cider vinegar, and purified water, along

with the Kombucha culture.

Good Health and Blessings,

>Wow! I've been drinking for almost four months and I've noticed almost

>nothing, except not losing so much hair.

-- don't slight this as a major health change. Hair loss can be

caused by a variety of reasons, and halting or slowing that has to be

viewed as major health improvement. There is no way to predict exactly how

any one of us will respond to the nutritious input that is KT. It will

tend to be used in the processes most needy. I don't know what your health

profile is, but hair loss can be a symptom of many imbalances or problems,

so I think you're doing well.

Also as has been noted previously, those in better health or younger will

see less obvious changes. But in terms of creating better longterm health,

no question. You mentioned also your asthma. As an asthma sufferer, I'd

say that even a delay in being hit with a seasonally predictable outbreak

would be an improvement. I personally am having fewer lung/throat problems

after a year on KT. I'm still sensitive to dust, but I'm recovering more

quickly from an exposure, not being so debilitated. I take NAC to help my

sinuses, and I believe that the KT is potentiating it so that it's even

more effective, and slowly I believe that overall stronger health is becoming.

Again, asthma is a deep-seated problem with many cofactors. Something like

that is not going to be fixed overnight. So probably you're experiencing

more positive changes than you may be aware of.
